Agreement Overview
Services Provided by ePongo
- Complete publishing administration
- PRO registration and management (ASCAP/BMI/SESAC)
- Royalty collection and reporting
- Distribution to all major DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- Priority playlist placement on ePongo
- Inclusion in licensing catalog for sync opportunities
- Ad revenue sharing from ePongo radio stations
- Marketing and promotional support
Revenue Splits

Artist Responsibilities
- Provide accurate metadata and rights information
- Deliver high-quality audio files and artwork
- Promptly respond to ePongo communications
- Not engage in vote manipulation or fraudulent activity
- Maintain professional conduct on the platform
Term and Termination
This agreement is effective for a minimum term of 12 months, automatically renewing unless either party provides 60 days written notice. Either party may terminate for cause with immediate effect.
Rights and Licensing
All licensing and publishing opportunities procured by ePongo are non-exclusive. Artists retain the right to pursue their own deals independently. ePongo receives a 50/50 split only on deals we directly facilitate.
Upgrade/Downgrade Options
Artists may request to change tiers with 30 days notice. Existing revenue splits continue to apply to works submitted under this tier agreement.
