We handle publishing admin, distribution, playlisting, and a licensing catalog. You manage your own PRO registration & ISRCs and collect performance royalties directly.

  • You register with PRO + manage ISRCs & performance royalties
Splits: Streaming (after platform fees) 100% Artist; Publishing/Licensing/Sync procured by ePongo 50/50

Independent

For well-represented artists who keep full control of publishing, licensing, and royalties, and use ePongo for distribution visibility and playlists.

  • Playlist inclusion (editorial discretion)
  • Basic catalog presence for discovery
  • You handle all registrations, royalties, licensing & publishing
Splits: ePongo takes no % of your royalties or publishing in Tier 3

Yes. You can request an upgrade or change tiers as your career evolves. Any existing deal terms continue to apply to prior placements.

  • Tier 1: Royalties 80% Artist / 20% ePongo; Publishing/Licensing/Sync (ePongo-procured) 50/50; includes ad revenue share.
  • Tier 2: Streaming (net of platform fees) 100% Artist; Publishing/Licensing/Sync (ePongo-procured) 50/50; no ad revenue share.
  • Tier 3: ePongo takes 0% of your royalties/publishing; you handle everything independently.

Yes—any publishing, licensing, or sync opportunities we procure are non-exclusive. You may pursue your own deals at any time.
