Revenue Splits

ePongo takes no percentage of your royalties, publishing, licensing, or any other revenue in Tier 3. You maintain complete financial independence.

Artist Responsibilities

  • Manage all publishing and licensing independently
  • Handle own PRO registration and royalty collection
  • Manage own distribution to DSPs
  • Provide accurate metadata for catalog inclusion
  • Deliver high-quality audio files for playlist consideration
  • Not engage in vote manipulation or fraudulent activity

What Artists Manage Independently

  • All publishing administration
  • PRO membership and registration
  • Distribution to streaming platforms
  • ISRC and metadata management
  • All royalty collection
  • Licensing and sync opportunities
  • Tax and legal compliance

Playlist and Catalog Inclusion

Playlist placement is at ePongo's editorial discretion and is not guaranteed. Artists in good standing with quality content have the best chance of regular playlist features.

Term and Termination

This agreement may be terminated by either party at any time with 30 days written notice. No minimum term is required for Tier 3.

Rights and Licensing

Artists retain 100% control of all rights. The limited license granted to ePongo covers only the right to include tracks in playlists and catalog for promotional purposes on the ePongo platform.

Upgrade Options

Artists may request to upgrade to Tier 1 or Tier 2 at any time to access additional services like distribution, publishing administration, or royalty collection support.
