Agreement Overview
Services Provided by ePongo
- Publishing administration (excluding PRO registration)
- Distribution to all major DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- Playlist eligibility on ePongo
- Inclusion in licensing catalog for sync opportunities (non-exclusive)
- Basic promotional support
Revenue Splits

Artist Responsibilities
- Manage own PRO registration (ASCAP/BMI/SESAC/etc.)
- Provide ISRCs and accurate metadata
- Collect performance royalties directly from PRO
- Deliver high-quality audio files and artwork
- Promptly respond to ePongo communications
- Not engage in vote manipulation or fraudulent activity
What Artists Manage Independently
- PRO membership and registration
- ISRC generation and management
- Performance royalty collection
- Tax and legal compliance
Term and Termination
This agreement is effective for a minimum term of 12 months, automatically renewing unless either party provides 60 days written notice. Either party may terminate for cause with immediate effect.
Rights and Licensing
All licensing and publishing opportunities procured by ePongo are non-exclusive. Artists retain full rights to pursue their own deals. ePongo receives a 50/50 split only on deals we directly facilitate.
Upgrade/Downgrade Options
Artists may request to change tiers with 30 days notice. Existing revenue splits continue to apply to works submitted under this tier agreement.
